Why buy the license? The license will allow you to benefit from constant monitoring of your software, which in turn will ensure that your software is always up-to-date with the latest add-ons and corrections. It allows us to upgrade your software as our program evolves. On the other hand, the use of an "unofficial" software may expose you to prosecutions and expose your computer to malfunctions caused by spyware or virusescracks and will cause you to lose much more money than the amount of the license for our official software.

License of use This software is software distributed as shareware mode (or shareware). This means that you are allowed to use it for purposes of evaluation at the end of which, if you want to keep it, you must pay the author for the right to use it. You have the right to use this software on one computer, i.e. it can not be in memory simultaneously on two computers unless you have acquired the corresponding number of licenses. It is forbidden to translate, reverse, modify, adapt, and correct. It is forbidden to remove or alter your license number and transmit it to others The rental and lending of this software are prohibited. You cannot separate the different elements of the software for use on multiple computers. Only the author is able to make these operations. If you commit one of the infractions listed above, your rights of use are automatically terminated and the author can take judiciary action against you. You are not allowed to make copies of the original documentation. You are allowed to install and use the software on one computer (a single hard disk, screen and keyboard) even if, in the acquisition of a license, the software was introduced in various media (diskette and CD - Rom for example) and for different operating systems. License transfer. You are allowed to transfer your rights of use to another recipient provided that this transfer is final and you do not keep any part of the program by uninstalling the existing version on your computer and transferring everything (original license, updates, documentation, aids) and provided that the recipient agrees to the terms set in the user contract. By using this software, you agree to respect and abide by the rights of the author and make sure that others do the same. This software is protected in France by the laws on intellectual property and abroad by the international conventions on copyright (Berne Convention). Violation of any of the rights of the author of the software is an infringement punishable in France by the article L335-2 of the Code of Intellectual Property (up to two years imprisonment and 1 50000 € d fine). The software is provided as is without any guarantee. The author can not be held liable in case of damage of any kind suffered by the user or third parties arising directly or indirectly from its use, including the loss of data, or any financial loss resulting from its use or inability to use, even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, the responsibility of the author may not exceed the amount paid to acquire the license. If the proposed software is presented as an update, you must already have a previously purchased software license to benefit from the update.
